Stylists are very knowledgeable as well, which we think makes them perfect for first-time visitors. You can either show a reference for the look you want or ask them for advice on which style suits your overall look best.
Regardless of the option you go for, many clients walk away quite satisfied with the service, whether it be colour treatments, a simple haircut, or a more time-consuming digital or Korean perm.
There’s a few points of improvements we’d like to see however. For one, we did find that it takes at least two or three tries before someone picks up everytime we tried calling ahead.
Lastly, we also recommend prospective clients to visit early. Due to the shop’s popularity, it wasn’t unusual to encounter long lines when visiting during the afternoon on weekdays.
