Solo Tre Spa Nails & Beauty has a very comfortable room to conduct their treatments in. The whole salon is very clean and well-organized, with a nice ambiance thanks to their use of light and light colors all over the place.
In our experience, it’s an excellent place to get all manner of salon services. They use good products for their nails and hair and the customer service is quite attentive.
That said, we think there’s still room for improvement in their waxing service. It can still be a bit painful and time-consuming, usually taking a few more minutes before they finish.
Staff is very accommodating, and we found that they’re very attentive when explaining your preferences. We think it’s a great option for those who have eccentric requirements for their treatments.
Some customers did mention wanting a bit more proactiveness when it comes to phone inquiries however. There’s reports of like a half hour wait before they can get an adequate reply.
