London Centre for Aesthetic Surgery in Dubai is run by Doctors Roberto and Maurizio Viel, both of whom have 25 years of experience.
They are pioneers in fields such as facial rejuvenation, anti-aging medicine, and penoplasty. They continue to be at the forefront of fat removal using ultrasound technology from the US.
The clinic only has one eye bag removal procedure, sadly. This takes 45 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on whether the upper or lower lids are being operated on.
The operation is invasive and involves the doctor making a fine incision along the creases of the upper eyelid and just below your lower lashes.
Then, extremely fine stitches are then used to close the incisions and will remain on the eyelids for the next 3 days.
While we appreciate how elegant and meticulous the operation is, we’re disappointed that a world-renowned aesthetic clinic only has one operation for eye bag removal, and it is invasive with a long recovery time.
The equipment is around the same ballpark as the procedure, with the tools more or less insignificant to the overall experience of the patient.

“I’ve visited a lot of places and met a lot of doctors in Dubai over the last 8 years and no one impressed me, to be honest. Multi-specialty plastic surgery clinic, Dubai Cosmetic Surgery, has established itself as the premier provider of cosmetic surgeries at an affordable cost to locals and overseas patients alike.
We love that its team is full of veteran doctors who have at least 10 years of experience. On top of that, all of these doctors are graduates of world-renowned medical schools in Europe.
Besides that, all of its surgical procedures are approved by the FDA and handled by its board-certified and highly experienced surgeons.
But when it comes to procedures, we’re quite disappointed that Dubai Cosmetic Surgery only does one type of eye bag removal surgery.
And while the clinic has state-of-the-art facilities, it was disappointing to know that the recovery time is relatively high with patients taking as long as 1 week to recover.
We think that there are so many missed opportunities here because these facilities are underused and can be pivotal in developing new techniques for eye bag removal.
It does make it up with alternative solutions that are sadly just temporary. Eye bag lifting through botox injections, injectable fillers, and fat injections are readily available here.
All in all, Dubai Cosmetic Surgery forgoes the bells and whistles that most aesthetic clinics use as a selling point, and lets the mastery of its doctors do the talking.
