We find their spa’s ambiance to be quite comfortable, providing a touch of luxury despite the more cost-effective services they provide in the city.
In terms of services, they offer a good mix of beauty and wellness spa services, both geared towards different parts of the body.
Their massage services are said to be good at improvising metabolism and reducing the bloated feeling in the body. While it is hard to say if these benefits work similarly for all clients across the board, it is a relaxing experience in our opinion.
On the other hand, their facial services are definitely geared more towards the beauty angle. They use good products in order to help the skin feel smoother while sorting out some problems like blackheads.
You can also take home some of their spa experiences as they do sell some of the cleansers and lotions that they use for the service.
It does take some time to book an appointment with COYA in our opinion. Contacting them over on social media does lead to some long wait times before we can get someone to assist us on the other side.

It’s a good place to get some facials, volcanic stone treatments, body scrubs, and an assortment of massages in order to help release the tension in the muscles and joints.
Clients who’ve undergone the different massage treatments report the experience to be very rejuvenating, and they did confirm that they felt the massage was worth the money paid.
After all, the massages are also quite pricey for the duration they are given. Fortunately, it’s not the most expensive massage we’ve found among the different day spas in Dubai.
We did find some of the lights in the massage rooms to be a bit overwhelming however. It can be quite bright, especially when availing of the service during the daytime.
Some adjustments in the lighting could help bump up the comfort levels in the rooms in our opinion. Aside from that, the temperature and level of service rendered were all impeccable.
Setting up an appointment was quite a smooth experience as well. There’s very minimal delays and the price of services are communicated clearly towards their clients.

In our experience, the spa offers a very nice ambiance as well. Light doesn’t feel as overwhelming and clients are able to modify their environment as well via the use of different essential oils and massage oils.
Staff at the spa were very friendly and accommodating. They were very attentive to our needs and were able to respond to our requests and inquiries at a reasonable pace.
All-in-all, it can be quite a relaxing time to visit the Tao Spa, provided you manage to steer clear of some hiccups you might encounter.
For one, some previous customers did report a few delays when scheduling an appointment over the phone. There were some long hold times and some customers did report needing to be transferred to a more knowledgeable staff member.
There were also some wait times upon arriving at the spa which we think could be improved a bit. Some customers noted that it’s mostly based on finalizing payment and confirming their appointments.
Still, you could avoid these if you avail of their home service. The experience may take a hit depending on your home setup but we think this does provide a convenient alternative.
