The studio is in perfect condition. Our tattoo artists did their sanitation on the equipment in front of us, and even to the untrained eye, we could tell that their tools were in near-perfect condition.
However, since it does offer henna tattooing home services, the quality of its cleanliness goes down depending on where the clients live.
When it comes to service, the staff is nothing but professional. Punctual and always ready for every session, its artists and receptionists are efficient every time we book our session here.

It is hard to gauge the quality of its facilities since it only ever does home service tattoo sessions. While its tools for henna are of excellent quality, the cleanliness of its studio is entirely dependent on where the session is happening.
On top of that, henna staining is more likely to happen especially if we are not careful.
The customer service was excellent. Sadia was punctual and efficient and was quite professional throughout the entire session.
She maintained her friendly demeanor the entire time, and she happily accommodated all of our requests as we were working on the piece before the session.
However, Sadia is just one person and it was quite difficult for us to find a schedule that worked for us especially since we wanted a henna from her for an event.
But when we finally managed to book her, we were amazed at how versatile she was with her craft. She seamlessly incorporated our design requests into traditional henna art styles with no problem.

Made up of licensed and certified Mehndi designers, Henna by Nishi always guarantees customized and innovative henna designs that you can get in the comfort of your own home.
However, its facilities are limited to the tools that its artists bring with them during their henna tattoo sessions.
So while we appreciate the quality of its paste, which is one hundred percent organic, the cleanliness of the surroundings during the henna tattoo session is still totally dependent on the space of the client.
Thankfully, our henna tattoo session was quite smooth because of our artists. They were punctual and accommodating right from the design phase up to the tattooing part of the process.
However, it was relatively hard for us to book our appointment because while it may have multiple artists, they are not enough to accommodate everyone.
It is made up by the fact that its artists are really amazing at their jobs. The designs are always completely unique, and while we can see the similarity in style, the overall output is never the same.
It is even made better by the fact that Henna by Nishi services the entire country with its home service. We just wish it had an actual physical studio.

We also liked the service that we got from the staff. The receptionist was easy to communicate with, and with a handful of artists always on duty, it was not hard to get a booking.
However, because of its longevity in the industry, Rachna Salon’s henna rates are almost doubly more expensive than the others. To make things more troublesome, the prices go up or down depending on the branch.
On top of that, since it has a lot of artists employed in its many branches, not all of them are as great as the others. We have had artists who had a hard time executing the designs we wanted.
Despite that, with 3 branches in the city, and 12 more spread throughout the country, Rachna Salon’s accessibility to its studios is unrivaled.

We also love its trendy and chic salon space that makes our henna sessions here all the more a relaxing experience.
On top of that, we love that the henna paste all of its artists use is one hundred percent organic, which means there are no chemicals that could cause a harmful reaction on your skin.
The service was quite excellent, as well. Everyone in the salon was so friendly that we ended up enjoying their company while we were getting our hennas done.
However, while we appreciate the salon’s choice to focus on traditional designs for its hennas, we think that because of this, the artists are not as versatile when it comes to accommodating design requests.
We still appreciate the fact that it has multiple branches throughout the city. The locations are strategically placed around areas where events are usually held.
However, we wish that they would offer home services, as well.
