We love how complete this clinic is when it comes to offering different comprehensive programs, as well as evidence-based, cutting-edge treatments.

Dubai’s premiere health and wellness destination, Aspris Wellbeing Centre focuses on recovery in its approach and is backed by its state-of-the-art facilities.
While we think it lacks connections and notable affiliations within the industry, we cannot deny that Aspris Wellbeing Centre has a rare and unrivaled heritage.
Starting its roots way back in 1872 in London, The Priory Hospital Roehampton is Aspris’ most well-known hospital, which treats a wide range of mental health conditions up to this day.
However, we do think its approach to mental health has a limited view on it. It focuses too much on recovery, limiting its treatments in the process.
While it’s great that this mental health clinic helps patients get back up on their feet, we think that it’s critically missing an approach and treatments that can better an individual’s well-being.
We can’t deny that it covers a wide range of disorders for both adults and children, but we think it’s even better if it offers treatments that can prevent it from getting to that point.
On top of that, Aspris Wellbeing Centre doesn’t have many extra services outside of these. It has a great Family Medicine department, though.
And while it is a strong aspect of its clinic, it can afford to have much more valuable additions to its repertoire.

Fuelled by its belief that mental health is just as vital as physical health, it has already become one of the most popular clinics in Dubai despite it starting just back in 2018.
It offers individual therapy and psychiatry services for adults and combines talk, art, and play therapy for children and adolescents.
We’re big fans of the art and play approach for the youngsters, as it can help them open up more and engage them in the exercises.
Besides that, we appreciate that Thrive also offers psychotherapy and workshops for companies to provide support for employees and create a healthier workplace.
However, when it comes to its psychiatry services, it is as plain as the others. Besides consultations and prescriptions, it does not really offer anything else besides that.
We were kind of disappointed about this because this means that it relies too heavily on its psychotherapy services, even though medications can greatly help individuals.
On top of that, Thrive does not provide emergency services. Having an appointment is required at all times too, which is definitely a critical setback for us.
