While we were there, there was quite a long queue of clients, but the line moved at a decent enough pace. We never really felt like any one treatment took too long during our stay.

Treatment done in their studio generally goes along smoothly. The staff are quite attentive and knowledgeable about the care required and the rooms are also quite comfortable and relaxing enough.
We also found them to be one of the more cost-effective services available in Dubai so those who may want a treatment done for a bit of a budget can go ahead and ask for a quote.
The training courses on the other hand, are quite expensive, since they do cover a good number of days and hours. People who want to learn more about the beauty process may find their money’s worth overall in our opinion.
One point of improvement we can see is a bit more consistency in their opening hours. Some customers did report arriving according to the advertised time only to be told that it doesn’t open for some time.

They have two branches, and the one in Dubai is able to offer a full range of facials, hair care, relaxation, waxing, and work on brows and lashes.
A lot of their permanent makeup centres on the face such as eyebrow and eyelash tinting, lash removal, lifts, and layering. However, they do offer cosmetic changes to hair and lips as well.
We also like the options they provide regarding session time. Clients are able to choose how many sessions they’ll want which we think grants them some good flexibility.
Staff were very good during the procedure. They were very professional and had good attention to detail when it comes to their makeup work.
Still, we found that it did result in some long waiting times during the appointment day. Fortunately, we think the ability to break the procedure up in multiple sessions does smoothen this out somewhat.
Waiting itself wasn’t as bad as well. The studio is kept clean and comfortable enough that we think most visitors won’t really notice the time pass as much.
In our opinion, this is just expected though, given that we did find some of their treatments to be pricier than other places in Dubai.
Overall, we do recommend Project Beauty for a wide range of treatments. Whether you want to change hair colour, get fuller lips, or better shading on your brows, they should have just the right treatment for you.
