Biosytech Medical Laboratory is a clinic that offers a wide array of pathological tests under one roof in Dubai.
Their specialties include hematology, clinical chemistry, immunology, serology, molecular biology, and genetics. As such, we think any patient who may need help regarding tests will appreciate the variety here at Biosytech.
The clinic itself is a little big in our opinion though we didn’t really have a lot of difficulties locating the different rooms and facilities we need to go to.
However, the size of the lab paired with the rather small staff meant that we waited around a bit before we were able to get assistance here in the clinic.
Once we were able to get someone to help out though, we found the experience to be nice and efficient. Staff were nice and friendly – we felt that they really listened to our specific needs!
Their service is thorough as well in our opinion. They even have provisions for testing more complicated conditions such as tumors, genetics, and for checking all sorts of infections in the body.
However, we experienced some wait times when it came to getting our final report. It’s not the longest we had but we think the clinic can be a bit faster at sending these reports out.

Given their long years of operation, we’re happy to report that the clinic appears to be well-equipped to live up to their claims. They are equipped with some of the best equipment and tech to make their testing process more efficient.
Staff were also nice and we think they’re competent at explaining the details of the tests to be done.
The laboratory is a little bit hard to navigate on a first visit, however. We found parking space to be just a bit limited and the different rooms a little hard to locate at times as well.
Managing multiple appointments was surprisingly smooth in our experience, once you finally got started. Prospective patients may even apply online in order to avoid the hassle of visiting the clinic prior to their test.
Getting test results does take some time, however. The quoted timeline was longer compared to other clinics as per our experience as well as what other patients reported.

The surprisingly large laboratory is accredited as per ISO 15189, meaning it passes a lot of international standards. We think this helps newer patients find some peace of mind when it comes to the clinic.
We like that the process here is simple and efficient. Patients can simply walk in to provide their samples and they should be able to get their results with minimal wait times.
Of course, there were some reports of tardy release of results. But overall, the lab has been competent at keeping pace with a busier schedule.
Freiburg has decent coverage as well, covering the whole of Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, and Fujeirah.
We found that this gives them a lot of advantages. This includes the ability to provide good home services for older residents or those who may have difficulty in visiting the actual laboratory.
Customers who received the home service reported being happy with the treatment and the quality of the service.
