Their spa facilities are set in a modern and luxurious looking environment with some really great views of the surrounding cityscape to enjoy as you undergo a massage or practice some yoga.
Ciel Spa is known for a variety of experiences such as an LED Facial experience, fusion massage experiences, and even some yoga classes for those who want to get those muscles moving.
For couples, Ciel Spa offers the Cloud Nine 90-minute couple’s therapy treatment. Here, newlyweds or even older couples can enjoy a nice, luxurious retreat with specialised massage services in a room with a great view.
The package even includes breakfast as well as access to the rooftop pool during their overnight stay.
Service is generally quite good but we wish some of the staff could be a bit more attentive. There’s some long hold times when calling to inquire about the couple’s package.
It also takes some time to set the appointment since they do need to check the availability of the facilities first. Once you get a date booked though, the experience was smooth-sailing enough.
In our opinion, the overnight package does make for a great deal for a couple exploring Dubai during their honeymoon. We definitely recommend giving their couples treatment a try in the city.

They’ve implemented colour and design choices that remind their guests of the nearby sea and the desert, giving them a chance to take in the natural surroundings of Dubai away from the glamour of the urban cityscape.
The surprisingly large spa facilities have around eleven different suites, a sauna and steam room for men, lounges, and even a cooling ice fountain for those hot, summer days.
Willow Stream Spa’s ‘Couple’s Dream’ package is very good, offering a superb massage experience for you and your partner that lasts for a good hour.
The different rooms for different treatments such as massage and facial also helps in selling the intimate atmosphere in the spa.
There’s still some ambient noise from time to time though, especially when moving in-between facilities and treatments. Nonetheless, we think this isn’t too distracting though; just something to keep in mind.
Staff and service are very friendly and polite. They’re attentive and were quite helpful in guiding people to the right treatment rooms as well as properly explaining the procedures they’ll be doing.
It’s a bit expensive but we think the amazing location, nice facilities, and superb massage service does make it a good value for money. We definitely recommend visiting couples to check out Couple’s Dream offered by Willow Stream Spa.

Experiences at the spa range from massages, salon services, a fitness class, and their facial and skin rejuvenation techniques and products. They even have a ‘Thermal Journey’ thanks to their salt cave, pool, and sauna.
Their ‘Couple’s Essential’ is basically their main couples massage service, offering a sixty minute body massage followed by a thirty or sixty minute facial service depending on the package you chose.
This experience is set in your own private suite, featuring comfortable amenities, refreshments, and you and your partner’s choice of essential oils and aromas.
Service is excellent when it comes to the spa and sauna rooms. Their therapists are very knowledgeable, making good suggestions as to what products and scents to use for your face or skin.
Of course, there are some points of improvement. For one, some customers report experiencing some mishaps such as sudden cancellations or a wrong appointment recorded.
Despite this, the staff were able to sort out some of the delays these caused and soon, they were able to get everyone back on track with their appointments and treatments.
