Their stores are quite big with plenty of space to move around and browse their stock. We think customers should be able to browse at their own time without feeling cramped even as the store fills up with people.
On the other hand, we think the store could do a better job of stocking bicycle accessories across their two stores. Some of their customers have also stated that the Al Qudra store typically has more stock than the Al Reemas branch at times.
Another well-known service by the store is their ‘Precision Fit’, which analyses a cyclists’ body in order to help them make a better educated choice when it comes to the parts they buy.
It may seem a little overkill for the casual rider but fitness and cycling enthusiasts may appreciate the extra insight provided by the analysis.

This is one of the oldest bicycle shops in Dubai, offering a good array of bike types, accessories, and servicing. They have two main locations, one in the Business Bay area and one in the Barsha Heights.
The store has a great selection of stock but the small floor area makes it a little hard to navigate during peak hours. There’s not a lot in the way of parking as well so you might want to keep that in mind when planning a visit to their physical store.
Their bicycle maintenance and service is quite good and in our opinion, probably just the right price for the work done. The workshop is inside however, so you will need to carry the bicycle in the store, which can be an inconvenience if you’ve parked somewhere else.
We think their bicycle rental service is pretty good though. You can get a good bicycle as well as its accessories delivered straight to your door, making it a convenient service.
They even have lockers where you can leave some of your stuff if you’re just cycling around the area. We think travellers may appreciate this as it does allow them to travel light as they ride around the nearby areas.
In our opinion, Bike Shop Dubai’s great maintenance and service as well as their rental bike offers definitely helps a lot of cyclists. It is definitely worth checking out for a ride if you’re in the area.
