They have a range of different water heaters of varying capacities, ranging from small heaters perfect for small homes and apartments, to larger units capable of serving entire floors.
The group says that their water heaters are a bit high tech, with models offering state-of-the-art smart control technology which we think is perfect for people who are quite peculiar with their water temperatures.
Additionally, they use CFC-free insulation, which helps reduce the impact on the environment. In our opinion, this is quite a timely offering given everyone’s efforts towards combating climate change.
While a lot of their water heaters seem to be geared towards larger operations, people who were able to buy home-based products were quite happy with what they were able to get.
They report having a smooth, seamless purchase process which we think is perfect for busier clients.

Initially based in Sharjah, Faza Home has recently expanded into other outlets into the region, including Dubai, allowing them to sell their inventory to many more customers in the UAE.
They store an assortment of different brands from Italy, Germany, Belgium, the UK, and the USA, allowing them to bring their inventory to up to 6,000 different products in the store.
However, we did only find a handful of brands for their water heaters though. Fortunately, their Ariston heaters do come in a variety of configurations and capacities, allowing them to still cater to many different buyers.
The shop has an easy and smooth checkout process, especially when ordering online. Customers we’ve spoken to have mentioned needing only a few details in order to finalise their purchase.
We would like to mention that prices are quite high for the products though. It’s at least higher than the other stores we’ve mentioned on average which we think may not always suit more budget-oriented buyers.
To balance this out, they’re able to ship to many locations within the UAE so customers shouldn’t worry too much about coverage. They even offer free shipping on all orders above AED 200, which most of the water heaters are.
So if you need a new water heater fast, you can always rely on the convenient service offered by FAZA home.

Nonetheless, some customers do report experiencing slow delivery times even when delivering to areas within the UAE. It sometimes takes customers two or three more days than what was originally quoted.

Their items do cost a lot more compared to other stores but they do offer a more focused customer service experience that suits larger projects and businesses.
As a more professional store and service, customers usually start by browsing the selection in their showroom. They have a number of these throughout Dubai, making it convenient for you to pay them a visit in our opinion.
The showrooms themselves are quite nice, with bright open spaces and well-lit displays. We think it’s really easy to just spend a lot of time checking out the different products.
When it comes to water heaters, you can get a few options. Solar heaters are a bit more expensive but they are very sustainable and are good for environmentally-conscious customers in our opinion.
