The 5 Best Spas in Al Barsha for a Full-On Relaxing Reset

Experience: We searched spas with years of experience in delivering high-quality treatments. We also considered the credentials of their therapists.

Services Offered: We prioritised spas with various services, like facials, specialised massages, and hammam treatments. Those with add-ons that also allow for a more personalised experience also stood out.

Pricing: We checked each spa’s pricing and picked those that offer both budget-friendly and high-end relaxation treatments. Spas with transparent pricing ranked higher.

Customer Service: We considered how friendly, accommodating, and smooth it is to book at each spa. Those with professional and attentive service favoured our list.

Searching for a satisfying spa can feel like a mini stress test of its own. You don’t want a rushed treatment, an underwhelming facility, and a price that just doesn’t sit right with the experience.

So, we’re here to save your day. We’ve filtered out the best spas in Al Barsha – those that won’t leave you hanging (expert therapists, quality facilities, and absolute value).

Check this list if you’re craving a rejuvenating facial or a deep tissue massage after a long week!

How much does a spa cost in Al Barsha?

Spa in Al Barsha may cost from AED 55 to $500 or more, depending on the relaxation treatment you want. Luxury treatments, like a Moroccan bath, can be a lot more expensive than simple massages. Other factors to consider include the length of the session and additional services.

Soul Senses Spa & Wellness impressed us with their broad service menu. If you’re after something simple, they offer classic treatments like hot oil massages and Thai yoga massage.

We also found their premium treatments great for those looking to indulge. They offer herbal compresses, full body moisturising massage, and more.

They also offer Soul Serenity Rituals, where you can choose which treatment to combine – a more personalised service. No idea what to book? No worries, their therapists will guide you to choose treatments.

The flower batch was a highlight for us – luxurious and relaxing. We enjoyed their Indonesian-style flower bath experience. It included a welcome drink, a relaxing massage, and Netflix while you soak.

Prices are reasonable, and the variety of their services makes it easy to choose which one suits your budget.

The spa itself is also calming. Many clients shared that the ambience instantly put them at ease, and the staff are consistently warm.

One minor drawback of this spa is that some facilities, like the jacuzzi, aren’t ready for use. Some clients complained they had to wait a long time because their jacuzzis weren’t ready, even though they had booked in advance.

Pros

  • Award-winning wellness spa
  • Wide range of classic and premium treatments
  • Signature relaxation packages with customisable options
  • Luxurious Indonesian-style flower bath
  • Reasonable pricing
  • Calming ambience
  • Multiple spa locations
  • Online booking available

Cons

  • Longer wait time for certain amenities

Warm service

“Most calm and sensational experience! Booked last min for my Mum’s birthday and they were still very accommodating – made her feel special on her day. Got an aroma massage from Mai and Vicha who were both so sweet and gave the most warm service. Would recommend this place to anyone”

– MissJadeBayBee, Google Review

Cautious therapist

“I recently had surgery on my right shoulder and my physio has recommended massage. Asti was my therapist and she was fantastic! She knew exactly which muscles and tendons were tight around the recovering area and she was very cautious while getting mobility back into my shoulder. I will definitely be back.”

– Ms. Ross Littlejohn, Google Review

Green Plus Spa & Massage proves it’s possible to find store-like discounts at a spa. They offer fantastic deals, like 35% off their full-body massage and 25% off their couple’s massage.

Their service menu is a bit limited compared to other spas, but it’s dependable. They offer aromatherapy, oil, and reflexology massages. This is on top of their deep tissue and hot stone massages.

Fewer options often mean more focus, and in this case, it seems to work. They do their core treatments well, rather than stretching themselves too thin.

In fact, clients mentioned that their therapists apply techniques that are really effective and soothing. They said they walked out of the spa feeling lighter and looser.

Also, they won us over with their Moroccan bath and jacuzzi services. These two alone make the visit worth it.

The Moroccan bath was refreshing, and it felt like a full-on reset we didn’t know we needed. We sank into the jacuzzi after the bath and found the temperature just right, perfect to melt away any remaining tension.

Just one thing to note: they can be a bit salesy about their special massage, which we found a bit expensive.

Pros

  • Great discounts available
  • Offers all the classic treatments
  • Core services were delivered very well
  • Experienced therapists
  • Moroccan bath and jacuzzi services are available
  • Professional staff
  • Calming environment

Cons

  • Limited service menu
  • Salesy staff

Rus Elite Spa has probably the most unique relaxation treatments we found – we mean, their food-inspired spa treatments are seriously one-of-a-kind.

Their chocolate cream massage had that warm, silky chocolate that slowly melted into our skin. That left us feeling nourished and totally relaxed.

We paid a premium price, but it was definitely worth it.

If you’re not interested in that, they also offer other basic treatments, such as standard facials and massages.

Massage therapists are also considerate. They listen to their clients’ requests, especially on the level of pressure you prefer. For us, it’s a big plus since nothing ruins a massage faster than feeling like you can’t speak up.

Another thing worth noting is their amenities and treatment rooms. The rooms are well-maintained, and the lighting is just perfect for a relaxing treat, not too bright and not too dark.

If there’s one thing you need to be prepared for, it’s their pricing. They can be a bit expensive compared to other spas.

Pros

  • Unique food-inspired spa treatments
  • Has standard and VIP treatment services
  • Considerate massage therapists
  • Well-maintained treatment rooms with calming and balanced lighting
  • Overall relaxing environment

Cons

  • Higher pricing

Best experience

“Best in deep tissue treatments. Overall experience is 100% with cleanliness & best in guest experience. Must visit.”

– Ms. Vajira Liyanage, Google Review

Clean room

“The massage room was extremely comfortable, with soft, clean sheets and a supportive design that enhanced my relaxation.”

New Times Barsha Spa Massage is another go-to hideaway in Al Barsha that ticks our boxes – the reason why it’s on our list.

First things first, they have a peaceful environment. The music is soft, paired with warm lighting and the aroma. It’s calming enough to make you feel as if you’ve stepped out of the busy city.

As for their services, they have body, luxury, and hot stone massage. They’re a great fit if you’re looking for something simple to ease tension or something full-on pampering.

But among their relaxation treatments, we’d go back for their Thai massage. Their therapists applied just the right amount of pressure, deep but not that painful.

The stretches are also gentle yet satisfying. Our muscles completely loosened up after the massage.

Aside from that, their weekly special offer is not to be missed. We’re able to get their weekly discount on their VIP and special massages, a great way to enjoy a premium experience without the premium price tag.

Unfortunately, massage quality varies depending on the therapist. A few clients note that their therapist just smeared oil on their bodies without applying the correct pressure.

Pros

  • Peaceful and calming environment
  • Offers a range of treatments
  • Well-regarded Thai massage
  • Suitable for both quick tension relief and full pampering sessions
  • Weekly special offers
  • Accommodating receptionist

Cons

  • Inconsistent massage quality

Great atmosphere

“”The overall atmosphere made a big difference in the quality of the massage experience.”

– Mr. Shoeb Qureshi, Google Review

Comfortable massage room

“The massage room was extremely comfortable, with soft, clean sheets and a supportive design that enhanced my relaxation.”

– Ms. Rutuja Lande, Google Review

Trinity European Spa offers more than just a quick rub-down service. Given that they have experienced massage therapists from around the world, you get the level of skill you don’t always find in other spas.

We’re impressed that their therapists are straight from various parts of the world, including Ukraine, Poland, and Russia. They have experts in the house, so their Swedish massage and hot-stone rituals are extra soothing.

Aside from their skills, we love their positive attitude. The therapists we encountered were cheerful and polite. They don’t forget to check if we’re liking the amount of pressure or if we need more.

The place is also spotless and comfortable with cosy treatment rooms. Their interior is something we like – modern and stylish without getting rid of that zen vibe.

Pricing is also at a reasonable rate. They also don’t fall last when giving offers or discounts to their clients.

One potential downside is that the front desk staff is not that accommodating. Some clients shared that when they ask questions about their relaxation treatments, the details can be a bit skimpy.

Pros

  • Highly skilled massage therapists from different countries
  • Wide range of services
  • Cheerful therapists
  • Spotless and comfortable place
  • Modern and stylish place
  • Reasonable pricing

Cons

  • Not always very accommodating
