Their service is a little on the expensive side, at least when compared to other places we’ve seen. It’s not as expensive as some of the other tuners on this list though, so they’re more of a middle-ground option.
In our opinion, this does qualify them to be one of the best places to approach for instrument tuning and repair of all types. Their piano tuning services are quite competitive as well.
We think they can be a bit more attentive to their phone service though. There’s a considerable wait time before we can get the details needed to book a tuning service.
Still, the number of branches they have does make them a convenient piano tuning service. You should be able to bring in your instrument without worrying about too much hassle.

They’re able to offer a rather competitive rate and process that is suitable for different clients. However, this will also depend on the brand of piano and its mileage as well.
Customers attest that Nikolai’s services are quite good. They’re able to tune a wide array of different piano types as well as diagnose any other potential problems and fixes it might need such as a pitch correction.
