The Kid’s Dentist is a dental clinic that specialises in children’s dentistry in Dubai. They perform an array of dental treatments and diagnostics including extraction, dental alignment, cavities, and even preventive care like sealants and fluoride.
Their clinics are very clean and the equipment all looked to be state-of-the-art. We found that kids are quite comfortable inside the place and very few have the usual anxiety and fear during the visit.
The dentist, Dr. Suhel, was very knowledgeable with how to perform dental treatments on children. He knew how to let the kids feel at ease with the process and for some lighter treatments, even have a bit of fun doing so.
The clinic itself was also good at explaining their diagnosis. We didn’t have a hard time following what was being said regarding how to better take care of the kid’s teeth next time.
They were even able to use equipment such as the intraoral camera to illustrate things to us. This is probably the most comprehensive dental clinic when it comes to educating patients in our opinion.
Of course, despite a good reputation, every business has drawbacks – we did have minor trouble in getting an appointment. After all, there is a good volume of parents and kids seeking dental care from their clinics.
As such, we did experience some slight delay when it came to following up on our appointment via phone. But, we think it isn’t too bad and the actual procedure itself is quite fast.

She uses some hypnotherapy in order to help kids feel a bit more settled and is quite good at working with children with special needs such as autism for their dental needs.
The clinic can offer consultations, dental treatments, and emergency services such as sudden toothaches and other emergencies.
The clinic is very nice and friendly towards kids. In a way, it reminds more of a daycare of sorts rather than a clinically bright, medical institution.
We think the design choices help make kids feel more at ease in the place, which we think helps them get over their initial fears of undergoing routine dental examinations.
The dentists and nurses as well are all quite friendly and competent. The kids didn’t appear to be scared of the procedure and were all quite relaxed with very minimal fuss for the duration of their treatment.
It is a nice clinic but we do want to note that it can be quite busy on some days, especially around the mornings. We think busier customers may want to consider this before going on an appointment that they may have to wait for.
Speaking of the appointment, this process can be a bit streamlined in our opinion. We’ve spoken to some customers who mentioned suddenly needing a reschedule before their kid could receive dental care.
Once there however, the treatments themselves proceed at a reasonable time. All in all, we think the clinic is a good place for dental treatments for kids of all ages.

The clinic is quite nice and we think kids are able to feel at ease based on what we saw. They have a lot of kid-friendly decorations as well as entertainment devices such as VR, TVs, and they even allow kids to browse the internet.
Parents have mentioned that some items have been helpful in calming the fears of children, especially those with special needs.
The clinic not only offers good dental treatments for the kids but also good guidance and education for the parents. Dr. Mustafa offers a good plan to help kids achieve good dental health throughout their formative years.
Their teeth cleaning services are also quite comprehensive and most parents we’ve spoken to were very happy with the result for their kids.
Some of the treatments can be quite on the pricey side, at least when compared to other dental clinics nearby. However, we think it is still quite reasonable given the quality of service.
Checkout is a bit slow however, and we needed to get some clarification regarding our payment options. We think some improvements can be done on this end.
Nonetheless, it is a nice, comfortable clinic for children to get their dental needs fulfilled while also offering good value for money. We recommend giving them a try.

We think some of the services such as braces are a bit more expensive than what we’ve seen in other areas. Nonetheless, we think it’s still worth it given the friendly service offered by Dr. Mandeep Jolly and the team.
The clinic is very clean and well-organised and they’re still quite comfortable for kids. A little more clinical than other kids’ places but the kids we’ve seen getting treatment didn’t seem to mind too much.
We think the dentists and nurses were very nice during the course of the treatment. In particular, Dr. Mandeep Jolly was able to explain their procedures well all throughout, while also being proactive in reminding parents of the proper care needed.
It can be quite full in the daytime however. Fortunately, emergency services are available 24/7, so you can always visit at an hour convenient for you, provided your kids are still awake at that time.
