I’ve always hated using alarms to wake up, and with my flexible work setup, I never really bothered. That is, until I stayed at a hotel near Burj Khalifa, planning to catch the sunrise—without setting an alarm. Spoiler: I missed the sunrise and breakfast!

If you need more space, I suggest upgrading your rooms to add living areas. We’re also in awe that the lavish suites feature dining areas, bars, studios, gyms, and views of Dubai Fountain or the Gulf.

If you’re on a budget and would like to commute, Ramada is a 9-minute walk from Jumeirah Lakes Towers Metro Station 1 & 2. But if you’re all about the posh life, this upscale hotel is also 10.7 km from Palm Jumeirah.
The chic rooms come with free WiFi, flat-screen TVs, and 24-hour room service. Many have balconies and fully equipped kitchens, but I recommend asking first. And something to keep in mind: kids 17 and under stay free with an adult!
