Another thing we really appreciate about The Big Night is how they always have contingency plans ready. They can easily switch indoor/outdoor setups or luxurious decor if needed.
That said, all their luxury artistry does come at a premium price. A few people complained about having to pay more than the market price for decor items like balloons and florals.

What really sets them apart is how they pair every client with a dedicated “experience curator.” This ensures every detail is handled according to the clients’ preferences.
Their use of video screens and animations also gives their events more life. One corporate client was actually very impressed by how the team transformed their annual conference with dramatic, engaging visual storytelling.

We found them particularly good for corporate galas. They bring unique performances that truly elevate the events, such as when they brought in aerialist troupes to perform above dinner tables in one of the corporate events they hosted.
They’re also really good at mixing cultural elements in weddings. Couples we talked to appreciated being able to source a traditional Emirati band alongside a contemporary DJ for those who like both styles.
We also value their honesty and transparency. When they quote you a price for your event, they actually stick to it. They don’t try to upcharge you on decor or oversell you on their entertainment acts.
We also love that their comprehensive approach means you don’t just get performers for your event. You get the complete entertainment structure (including sound systems and lighting) expertly integrated.
However, we’ve been told that securing truly unique acts, especially for last-minute bookings, can be challenging. Some people told us they had to book their top-tier aerialists six months out.
