They’re able to offer a decent array of carpets from different materials such as wool, silk, and viscose. These carpets are also made by different techniques, ranging from machine-made items to handmade carpets for your home.
The store offers some very durable carpets that you can immediately tell by feel. They also have a good number of available patterns though not as much as other stores we’ve checked out.
Pricing is also a bit difficult in our opinion. A lot of the collections can be quite expensive, even when there’s a sale going on.
Service is top-notch in the gallery based on our experience. The people there were very attentive to our requirements and they’ve been able to recommend to us a beautiful yet durable piece that works well for our rooms.
If that wasn’t enough, Red Carpet also offers a good cleaning and repair service. We think this can be useful in case you need to deal with difficult spills and stains.

Of course, the nature of how these items are made do mean that they can command a rather high price, especially when compared to other stores.
Some designs may also be taken out of circulation completely once they’re sold out. They may take a lot longer before they’ll be in stock again, if they ever return.
As a result, interested customers may want to move fast to secure the designs they like in our opinion.
In-store, we find the staff to be quite good and supportive. They listen well and they’re able to recommend designs that could go well with the room that we plan to use the carpet in.
On the other hand, we think they could be a bit more attentive on the phone. It took a while to get a response when we called ahead before a visit.
