Having started back in 1994, Ferns N’ Petals (FNP) has steadily grown to be one of the bigger gift stores here in Dubai. They’ve expanded from just an offline store to an E-commerce service as well.
There’s a good variety of gifts to choose from here. You can get flowers, cakes, chocolates, and of course, decorations which do include balloons of all shapes and sizes.
We found their balloon selection to be quite good as well, coming in all sorts of colours and designs. A lot of these balloons come in sets though, but we’ve found a few that allow you to customize how many you need.
In our opinion, the good thing about getting a balloon from FNP is the delivery offer. Lighter items like balloons can be delivered within the same day, which we think is great for surprising friends and significant others.
The delivery experience for the gifts were quite mixed, according to customers we’ve spoken to. For some, the items arrivedvon the correct date and a lot of clients were happy with this.
On the other hand, there were a few reports of late deliveries as well. Fortunately, the delays only took a couple of hours at most.
