Founded back in 1991, Auto Comfort is a workshop to go to in order to get your vehicle fully-personalised, ranging from a change in seats and even down to the various accessories included.
They provide a decent selection of fabric materials for all automobile types. The shop is also capable of building all sorts of custom-made accessories like carpets and steering wheel grips.
One thing we did like about the service is that their primary location is easy enough to navigate.
There’s no need to waste time getting lost, trying to compare and contrast different fabric types. Everything is laid out well, allowing you to compare your options before committing to a design.
We did find the colour to be a little bit limited for some applications though. Like, there are customers who did report that a cover on his stick did not match the one on his dash.
Fittings are also decent though admittedly, not the best that we’ve seen from the different providers. We don’t think there’s any cause for concern though; the fittings appeared to still be durable enough to last a long while.

In our opinion, the materials they use are very high-quality, providing drivers with a decent selection of colours for both their original leather and synthetic leather lines.
While most of these materials appeared to be good for budget modders for the most part, they do charge a premium for some of the more high-quality coverings they stock in the shop.
The finished product also ends up great once all the custom coverings are completed. Al Wessam’s team has a really great eye for detail in our opinion, and there aren’t any signs of bad stitching or incorrect colour shades.
It was a bit tricky locating the shop during the first try however. We think they can give better navigation tips to interested clients over the phone just to smooth things out.

Leathero Upholstery offers luxury upholstery options across many different fields in Dubai. You can get their wares for transportation, marine, lodging, and residential needs alike.
We did have some difficulty navigating the nearby area however. We think we spent around half an hour trying to locate Leathero’s workshop, at least during our first visit.
In our opinion, the leather they use is high quality, easily granting an air of class and elegance on our dashboard. In terms of texture, we think the fibre easily feels durable and built to last as well.
They can even build different textures for different parts of the car, including a few breathable and perforated leather coverings in order to make the interior a bit more comfortable.
The service team is very professional during the service. They were very attentive to detail, taking care not to leave any problematic stitching that could impact the aesthetics of the car.
Of course, the whole process does take longer than most other services in Dubai. But overall, we think the speed at which they were able to finish was still very reasonable for most vehicle needs.
However, repeated visits did help us get acquainted with the area and we were soon able to find the shop faster.
Pricing is very, very competitive and you should be able to use them for whatever car model you might have currently. As such, we can recommend Leathero as a great stop for auto upholstery products in Dubai.

Installation team was very attentive in our opinion and we’re glad to see that they were able to complete the finishing with minimal need for supervision on our side.

It does mean that their service does lean on the pricier side however.
One last improvement we’d like to see is with their phone service as well. Some customers did report experiencing some long hold times before they were able to get someone.
