Right off the bat, the business immediately has room for improvements. We found it quite difficult to set an appointment as the service team is slow to respond to our calls.
We eventually got to speak to someone about the project over the phone but it did take a long time. Other customers have even reported the business to suddenly reschedule the appointment with such a short notice.
We think the business could be a bit more proactive in replying to inquiries on this end.
However, we are glad to report that once the project was started, everything did go by smoothly. The team dispatched to the location was very friendly and professional, and they were able to finish the work in record time.
