Fi’Lia is one of the highest rooftop restaurants in Dubai offering showstopping views at 70 floors high. But it’s the concept of keeping traditional Italian recipes alive that makes it worth the visit.

Fi’lia means “daughter” in Italian, which is fitting of a restaurant run by a team of strong women from around the world with Chef Sara Aqel at the helm.

The goal here is to keep the tradition of passing recipes down through generations, one that Italians hold dear.
