Above Eleven is best known for offering the complete Nikkei experience. Chef Luis Gavancho combines classic Peruvian flavors with Japanese cooking techniques.

The food and drinks at Voyage by Amelia are as whimsical as its interiors. Featuring Nikkei cuisine with hints of Mediterranean influences, you’ll be treated to a gastronomic journey filled with flavors, booze and luxury.

Don’t know where to start with dinner? We loved their Sake Nikkei, wagyu tartare cono de tacos and bacalao nero. The restaurant also has a vegetarian menu that offers healthier alternatives to its classic dishes.

The bar also went playful with drinks named Into the Wild, Missing in Action, Lost Compass, Naughty Colada and Summer Negroni.
