Their outdoor tile selection also comes in a slightly thicker variant, letting you extend your home outside the main dwelling. On the other hand, the pricing on their bathroom tiles is quite competitive in our opinion, so we recommend checking it out.
One area for improvement is their phone service though. We tried calling ahead to inquire about the available items but we were instructed to try email instead.
We think this is quite inconvenient since some people may be more comfortable reaching out via the phone.
Nonetheless, Ceramic City still makes a good case for itself thanks to its relatively affordable pricing and excellent selection of wares. We recommend giving them a visit for all your tile needs.

Arteco has a beautiful collection of ceramic tiles, some of which we haven’t seen anywhere else. These also come in an array of different sizes, making them fit for both floor and wall applications.
The textures on their tiles are quite distinct, which really give off a deluxe feeling to any surface they’re applied to in our opinion. Of course, they also have a good selection of classic tile designs if these contemporary textures aren’t to your taste.
Another positive aspect of the store is their pricing. It’s quite competitive when compared to other suppliers in Dubai. They even hold special sales where we think you can really walk away with a bargain.
Staff could do a better job at contacting their customers, however. They take a while to respond to both phone and email inquiries, with some replies taking more than a day which may not sit well with busier customers.
Some customers also reported to us not being made aware that Arteco’s designers take time off during holidays. This led to some confusion when they visited the store at this time.
Despite a few isolated mishaps, we still recommend giving Arteco a try. They still have a decent selection of beautiful tiles you may not be able to get anywhere else.

A well-established company dating back to 1996, Arabuild has dealt with some of the best suppliers of ceramic, porcelain, terracotta, glass, mosaics, and different stones for construction purposes.
Their showroom is quite good, highlighting a variety of their products while providing enough space for customers to move around with ease.
We found their parking to be quite limited, however, so customers arriving by car may want to park their vehicles elsewhere.
We’re particularly impressed with some of the ‘effect-based’ tiles that replicate different material textures. These tiles mimic stone, concrete, and even wood, making it ideal for outdoor areas.
Some customers we’ve spoken to were quite happy with the variety of items on display, and one reported receiving the incorrect items during the delivery. We think this is quite inconvenient, especially for bigger projects.
Fortunately, most customers do report a smooth checkout and delivery experience. Still, we think their staff needs to pay better attention to bigger orders next time.
