8 Buffets in Dubai Marina That Challenged Our Self-Control (And Won)

I pride myself on having unbeatable self-control. And it’s true! Until I go to a buffet, anyway.

It always starts with a small plate of sushi, but before I know it, I’m piling on food like I haven’t eaten in days.

Let’s just say, I never stand a chance.

My favorite places to go are in Dubai Marina. It isn’t just a great place to stroll—it’s home to some seriously tempting buffets too!

If you’re ready to challenge your stomach (and maybe your waistband), here are 11 buffets in Dubai Marina that completely beat me at my own game.

For a dining experience in Dubai Marina like no other, check out the DREAM Dinner Show on Address Beach Resort. It combines amazing entertainment with high-quality, mouth-watering food.

Unlike traditional buffets, Dream Dinner Show Dubai offers a buffet-style dining experience where the food is served à la carte, but the best part is that once you’ve paid for your seating, the food is essentially unlimited.

You can enjoy as much as you’d like from the menu, offering a wide variety of Mediterranean dishes (as long as it’s within your redeemable spend, of course).

But the experience doesn’t stop at the food! This gem also has amazing live shows featuring acrobats and dancers, so you’re kept entertained the entire night (just try not to be too amazed while chewing your food).

Pro Tip:

Since the cost of your seat can be used to order as many dishes as you like from the menu, consider sharing with companions! You can each try different foods and still enjoy a full meal–all in an elegant setting!

For an unforgettable buffet in Dubai Marina , Horizon at Amwaj Rotana is a must-visit! This international buffet restaurant, located inside a five-star hotel, promised great food and excellent service—and it certainly delivered.

The buffet had everything: live cooking stations, fresh salads, flavorful curries, juicy grilled meats, and pasta made right in front of us.

We recommend trying the pilaf—it was especially good, with soft, fluffy rice and tender meat that practically melted in your mouth! Vegetarians also have plenty of options to choose from.

The atmosphere was easygoing yet elegant. Soft music played in the background, and we enjoyed a great view from the terrace while eating. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive.

This buffet is also a popular spot for Iftar. During Ramadan, their spread features traditional Arabic dishes that make fasting worth it!

The dinner buffet is one of the best things here, especially on Saturday nights! The International Night features dishes like roast beef, pork ribs, and freshly grilled meats. There’s also a solid selection of salads and desserts!

On Fridays, there’s a Filipino Night with karaoke, and Sundays are perfect for those who love a traditional roast.

From fresh sushi and king crab legs to roast beef, the buffet had a bit of everything and then some! The grill station is a must, so we made sure to make a beeline for it– the chef handed over perfectly grilled meat!

The roast section had a Beef Wellington so good, we forgot for a moment it was part of a buffet. Dessert was a whole other adventure! Cheesecake, black forest cake, flaky pastries—we may or may not have gone back twice.

The atmosphere is lively but never too loud, and it was clear why families like it here. There’s a kids’ buffet and even a small play area, which means parents can find some peace while dining here.

We went for the all-you-can-eat BBQ and hot pot, and probably left a pants size bigger!

The Wagyu beef was incredibly tender. The BBQ is cooked right at the table, so we grilled our meat just the way we liked it. The hot pot was just as fun—we simmered meat, veggies, and more in a delicious broth.

The sushi rolls and sashimi at this gem can’t be missed too! For dessert, make sure to try the kakigori, a shaved ice dessert topped with milk and syrup to cleanse the palate and cap off the feast.
