Here’s a secret: the tasting menu is actually a “secret” because the restaurant doesn’t advertise it or put it on their regular menu.

But if you “ask the chef” for it, he or a member of his team will gladly show you the restaurant’s tasting menu in small but delectable plates.

We don’t know exactly what Orfali Bros. Bistro offers for its tasting menu, which adds to the surprise factor of this whole experience.

But we heard through the grapevine that it includes classic dishes like:

  • Corn bomb. Corn and 36-month old parmigiano reggiano.
  • Umami eclair. Porcini emulsion and marmite, fermented quince glaze, cacao nibs and beef prosciutto.
  • Ajoblanco. Almond, Hokkaido scallop, finger lime, olive oil caviar, black garlic and tomato raisins.
