Calories Don’t Count in These 10 Spots for Friday Brunch in Dubai
The first time I went to a Friday brunch in Dubai, I made a rookie mistake—I ate breakfast. Big mistake. Huge. I thought I was just going for a nice, long lunch, maybe a few eggs and some coffee!
I didn’t know there were mountains of seafood, sizzling grills, live cooking stations, and desserts that looked too pretty to eat (but, of course, I ate them anyway) that were waiting for me. And let’s not forget the free-flowing drinks and live music.
In Dubai, brunch wasn’t just a meal—it was a party!
Friday brunch in Dubai is serious business. It’s where weekends officially begin and where diets go on hold. If you’re ready to eat like there’s no tomorrow, stick with me. I’ll take you through the best Friday brunch spots in town—just make sure to come hungry!

Siddharta Lounge by Buddha-Bar knows how to do a Friday brunch right. Sitting pretty in Grosvenor House in Dubai Marina, brunch here means delicious food paired with picture-perfect views!
For 3 hours, we enjoyed a three-course sharing menu with plenty of dishes to choose from–from tasty seafood appetizers to hearty mains like their Braised Wagyu Short Ribs. The show-stealing outdoor terrace gave us city views that made every bite (and every sip) even better!
We had the option to choose from three different beverage packages that start from AED 350. It really depends on your mood, but if you’re celebrating a special milestone, you can opt for their champagne package for AED 650.
Pro Tip:
This place has a dress code, so this is not the place for flip flops, jeans, and a shirt! If you’re looking to have a stylish night out, a visit here is your chance!

STK Dubai JBR’s Rare Brunch is not your typical quiet steakhouse dinner (consider yourself warned). The moment the clock hits 8 PM, the brunch party begins, with R&B throwbacks, live entertainment, and enough free-flowing drinks to give you a night you won’t remember.
The three-course set menu allowed us to choose from a selection of starters, mains (steaks are included–rejoice!), and desserts for sharing. We enjoyed a serving of Watermelon & Goat Cheese Salad to pair with our NY Strip, and Coconut Cheesecake to complete the meal!
Sitting still isn’t quite an option once the music starts, but there’s a range of brunch packages to choose from depending on how wild you want your night to be!
Prices start at AED 365 for the soft drinks package if you want to keep your dignity intact and can go up to AED 495 if you want to do some tabletop dancing.
Pro Tip:
Considering going VIP! The VIP carpet seating upgrade gets you some privacy and the best seat in the house for prime people-watching.

Seven Sisters on a Friday night feels like stepping into a different world–one where we’re more confident in our dancing skills.
In this open-air lounge in Business Bay, we enjoyed Mediter-Asian cuisine while the DJ played some English and Arabic hits that made us feel like we were better dancers than we really were (we may have attempted some belly dancing–yikes!).
The menu is just as exciting as the music. Plates of sushi, grilled meats, and seafood came out looking almost too good to eat. The cocktails? Let’s just say they went down a little too easily.
And did we mention we got a nice view of the Dubai Canal?
Pro Tip:
Seven Sisters is almost always packed. Arrive early for a good spot—or befriend someone who’s a VIP.

Pizza Express wasn’t exactly the first place we thought of when we thought of having Friday brunch (it’s always pizza and pasta first, of course). But we were surprised to find that the Just Friday Brunch at Pizza Express Live was the kind of night out that will make us keep coming back.
The menu isn’t massive, but it doesn’t need to be. We enjoyed unlimited starters (hello all-you-can-eat Dough Balls and Spicy Chicken Wings), one main course (surprise–we didn’t choose pizza), and a dessert.
Prices start at AED 159 for unlimited soft drinks if you want to actually remember your memories of the evening, or you can upgrade to AED 199 to include alcoholic drinks if you want to be remembered instead as a party legend.
Here’s a nice bonus: they have live entertainment while you’re downing unlimited garlic bread!
Pro Tip:
Dress smart casual, but more importantly, wear something that won’t love a pizza stain too much.
5. Joe’s Backyard

The Hubble Afternoon Brunch at Joe’s Backyard is a solid way to spend a Friday afternoon. Located on the 19th floor of the Holiday Inn Dubai Festival City, this spot delivers barbecue, unlimited drinks, and skyline views that made us forget about the workweek—at least for a few hours.
The fun starts at 2 PM and ends at around 5 PM, so this brunch is perfect if you’re like us and there are days when you just want to get home early even on a weekend–or if you’re the type that’s always looking for a prelude to an even wilder evening (definitely not us)
The crowd is lively, loud, and a little bit rowdy—in the best way possible. A resident DJ keeps the energy high, making it impossible not to at least tap a foot (or break into full-on brunch dancing).
Pro Tip:
If you’re just here for a bite, the AED 199 deal with a 3-course meal, 5 drinks, and shisha is perfect! But if you plan to go on full-party mode, the AED 299 unlimited package is your best bet.

A pool party with unlimited drinks and DJ beats on a Friday? Sounds like the perfect way to start the weekend to us!
Ducking Fridays at Bla Bla takes Friday brunch to another level. First of all, we got to have fun all day! All-day pool access starts at 10 AM and lasts until sunset. Sunbeds and amenities like towels and lockers are included, so we got to enjoy a pool day at one of Dubai’s trendiest beach clubs with no worries!
But the fun really starts at 1 PM, when the unlimited drinks start to flow! Resident DJs and guest entertainers turned up the energy, so we got to float and dance all our workweek stresses away!
Pro Tip:
The AED 349 price doesn’t include food, so bring a little extra cash. The à la carte menu’s got plenty to choose from—unlimited drinks are great, but you’ll need something to sober you up!
7. Santè Ria

Azucar at Santè Ria isn’t just a Friday night brunch—it’s a full-blown fiesta in the sky. It’s on the 29th and 30th floors of The First Collection at JVC, and the place has a view so good, we wish we could just live there.
From 9 PM to midnight, it’s all-you-can-eat, all-you-can-drink, and all-you-can-dance. The tables are packed with Latin-inspired dishes, and the drinks just keep coming—whether you go for soft, house, or sparkling beverages (starting at AED 250).
The live entertainment is impossible to ignore–before we knew it, we were clapping along, pretending we knew the words to a song we just heard for the first time. If you’re looking for a quiet Friday evening, you won’t find it here.
Pro Tip:
If it’s your birthday, you can get a free brunch by booking with 10+ friends in advance (simply show your ID). Everyone will just need to pay AED 100 upfront—a small price to guarantee no last-minute ghosting.

Funny Cat Friday Brunch is where the weekend officially begins for sports fans–fun energy, great drinks, and a like-minded, sports-loving crowd that’s there to have a good time.
From 3 PM to 7 PM, we enjoyed ice-cold draft beers, cocktails, and house beverages flowing while we made our way through dangerously addictive finger foods (one minute we’re casually snacking, the next we’re wondering where it all went).
The crowd is a mix of sports fans, brunch lovers, and people just happy the weekend has arrived. Massive screens played live games, and even if we walked in not caring, by the second half, we’re cheering like lifelong supporters—or at least pretending we knew the rules.
Pro Tip:
Dress code? Just casual! No need to squeeze into a stylish outfit you’ll regret buying.
9. McCafferty’s Jumeirah Village

McCafferty’s Jumeirah Village knows how to throw a Friday brunch, and we were more than ready for it. This Irish pub inside Circle Mall kicks off the weekend with comfort food, free-flowing drinks, and live music–just a craic (what we’ve learned the Irish call a good time).
From 3 PM to 6 PM, we enjoyed the Friday Favourites Brunch, three hours of unlimited drinks and delicious comfort food that was just spot on (we had to have the fish and chips because a pub experience isn’t complete without it).
Live music keeps the party in full swing, and just when we thought it was time to wrap up, happy hour rolled in at 8 PM–just further proof that the Irish know how to have a good time!
Pro Tip:
Be on time–three hours of unlimited food and drinks fly by. Get there when it starts and make every sip (and bite) count!
10. Karma Kafé

Friday nights in Dubai don’t get much better than Karma Kafe’s Brunch at Souk Al Bahar. Great food, unlimited drinks, and one of the best views in the city—just the best way to kick off the weekend in style.
The four-course menu is packed with sushi, dim sum, and mouthwatering mains, and we go to pair it with a drink package of our choice (spoiler: we had wine and had way too much fun).
We were lucky enough to grab a table on the terrace, so we had a nice view of the Burj Khalifa and got to catch the Fountain Show as a nice bonus. If you’re new to Dubai or just passing by, this Friday brunch gem is a must-visit.
Pro Tip:
Teachers and cabin crew, bring your ID and get AED 50 off! That means more money for dessert!
